Forward guidelines

 This refers to the orders passed by the state government that the actual holder of the gas equipment can transfer the documents in his own name after complying with the KYC norms. However, one of the distributors of the Indian Oil Corporation, M/S JAKFED Gas service, Jawahar Nagar refuses to entertain such cases for want of orders from the oil company. The company must forward guidelines to the distributors so that their customers don't suffer.
