GOLFERS PRAISE GULMARG TURF

Gulmarg, Oct 13: The golfers who took part in the second day of the Greater Kashmir Autumn Golf Festival were all praise for Gulmarg Golf Course turf.
 Golfers vying for honors in the Greater Kashmir Autumn Golf Festival cherished the experience of playing at Asia’s highest and oldest golf course at Gulmarg.
 “The turf, condition of the course is par excellence and we enjoyed playing here after fighting the treacherous Pahalgam course,” said MY Wani, one of the participants.
 “More events like this should be organised here. We liked the conditions here as the turf has been laid with a great deal of expertise,” said a participant.
