Salahuddin offers condolence to Er Abdul Khaliq

Srinagar: Hizbul Mujahideen Supreme Commander and Chief of the United Jehad Council, Syed Salahuddin has expressed grief over the death of Hafeez-ul-lah Mir, son of Jamaat-e-Islami leader Engineer Abdul Khaliq.
 In a statement, Salahudin said the family of Abdul Khaliq has made great contribution towards the freedom movement of Kashmir. “The family has offered so many sacrifices for the freedom of the people of the state. As an act of vendetta, the factory run by Engineer Abdul Khaliq had been sealed and his younger brother martyred by the Army,” Salahuddin said while praying for courage to the bereaved family to bear the irreparable loss.
 41-year old Hafizullah Mir alias Tanveer Ahmad passed away on Tuesday after battling cancer for a long time. (KNS)
