MKM writes to Ban ki Moon

Srinagar, Oct 24: The Jammu and Kashmir Muslim Khawateen Markaz Wednesday wrote a letter to the United Nations General Secretary Ban ki Moon on the eve of the UN Day, urging him to implement the UN resolutions on Kashmir.
The letter stated: “Today the world is celebrating the 67th UNO day but the people of Jammu and Kashmir are still waiting for the implementation of UN resolutions on Kashmir.”
The letter urged the UN Secretary General to facilitate withdrawal of forces from the civil establishments of JK. “Sir we also demand revocation of draconian AFSPA, initiation of meaningful plans to resolve the Kashmir issue democratically,” the letter stated.
