Pampore Joinery Mill employees appeal CM
Srinagar, Oct 29: Employees of Pampore Joinery Mill today accused the administration of appointing blue-eyed people in the mill in total disregard to the recruitment rules.
The employees said the mill is running on loss and a little bit revenue being generated, does not even suffice to meet the salary demand them. “We are finding it very difficult to manage our daily expenses as our salary is released after six months. On the other hand new employees are being brought in the mill,” a delegation of employees said.
The employees meanwhile appealed Chief Minister Omar Abdullah to take cognizance of the issue and initiate enquiry into the matter.
