Backward area

When every thing is technology driven throughout the world, Jammu and Kashmir is still far in comparison with the rest of the world. And even in J&K there is a tehsil namely Karnah which is even more backward. BSNL claiming to be the one of the top service providers in J&K fails to cater to the needs of its customers. Tehsil Karnah of district Kupwara is not even having mobile phone connection till today just because of the failure of the government. People of the area face tremendous difficulties.
