LPG registration

It is strange that government is forcing people to go back to traditional system of cooking from the LPG fuel. Initially government made people's habit to consume LPG as fuel in kitchens. No importance or note was taken of the consumer having or not having registered cylinder.  As such people purchased LPG cylinders from anywhere they got.  Also due to disturbed conditions of state, many of the households could not preserve their documents pertaining to the LPG cylinders. Many people missed the documents due to continuous crack downs, searches by army, paramilitary forces and police. Many people shifted to new places. This is well aware to all of us. So due to  these factors majority of consumers do not   possess  the documents. Now government has made it mandatory to posses registered gas cylinders. This will force people to use corrupt practices to acquire the said documents. Hence administration must make such arrangements so that corrupt practice get avoided. It is suggested to the concerned minister and administration that  every house hold/ family/ chula must be provided opportunity to register his LPG cylinder, whether he posseses the documents or not. As without LPG one can't think of living.
