UCFI launches 1st T20 cricket championship

Srinagar, Apr 22: United Cricket Federation of India (UCFI) with the motive to hunt cricketing talent from each block, tehsil and districts of J&K on Monday launched its 1st J&K T20 Championship.
 Addressing a press conference here, Vice President UCFI Zafar Iqbal said, “In the history of cricket in J&K this is ever biggest event of cricket in the state in which the players from each and every corner of the state will participate and it will rise the opportunities and platform of cricket for talented players,” he said.
 He assured that each and every hidden talent in the state will get right opportunity for showing their talent and achieve their goals.
 The registration for players is open till May 5th and the championship will start on May 15.
 UCFI will also select excellent players who have showed their brilliant talent during this championship and will provide them free coaching for cricket in India and abroad as well, the statement stated.
