5 EEs of R&B promoted as SEs
Srinagar, Feb 1: The government has ordered promotion of five Executive Engineers of R&B as Superintending Engineers in their own pay and grade.
These are Qazi Khalid Mahmood, I/C Xen, T.T. Division Srinagar, Malik Basharat Ahmed, Technical officer to CE, PMGSY Kashmir, Reyaz Ahmed Bhat, I/C JKPCC and Satish Kumar Razdan, I/C Xen R&B Division-II Srinagar.
Consequent upon these promotions, the government also ordered transfers and postings of I/C 13 superintending Engineers and I/C Executive Engineers of R&B (civil) including them.
These are Qazi Khalid Mahmood I/C Superintending Engineer has been promoted and posted as PMGSY Circle Baramulla against available vacancy, Malik Basharat Ahmed I/c Superintending Engineer has been promoted and posted as R&B Circle Bandipora/Ganderbal against available vacancy, Riyaz Ahmed Bhat I/C Superintending Engineer has been promoted and posted as R&B Circle Baramulla/ Kupwara vice S.K. Wanchoo,
Whereas S K Wanchoo I/C Superintending Engineer who was posted in R&B circle Baramulla/Kupwara has been transferred as circular road project Srinagar vice Farooq Ahmed Andrabi. Farooq Ahmed Andrabi I/C superintending engineer circular road project Srinagar has been transferred to PMGSY circle Srinagar against available vacancy. Mahraj Kishan Bhat I/c superintending Engineer has been promoted and posted at ERA Jammu against the available vacancy, Satish Kumar Razdan I/c Superintending Engineer has been promoted and posted in R&B circle Srinagar/Budgam, R.K. Zutshi, I/c Xen who was awaiting orders of posting has been transferred as SSA Jammu vice Om Prakash Sharma. Om Prakash Sharma has been transferred to DIQC vice Ghulam Hassan Malik. Ghulam Hassan Malik has been posted as T.O. to CE R&B (K) against available vacancy. Bashir Ahmed Rather, I/c Xen has been posted as PHC vice Ghulam Rasool. Ghulam Rasool has been transferred to Tourism Department. Abdul Majid Khan who was awaiting orders of transfer was posted in Tourism Department.
