Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarship
World Bank, with funding from the Government of Japan offers Joint Japan/World Bank Graduate Scholarships Program(JJ/WBGSP) for nationals of a World Bank member countries. Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent and born after March 31, 1973. Eligible applications are assessed according to academic excellence, professional experience, and relevance of program of study. The scholarship covers airfare, travel allowance, tuition and the cost of basic medical and accident insurance. The Program does not support studies in the applicant’s home country. Applications should be submitted online by March 31, 2013.
Study Subject(s): Eligible applicants should propose a program of study related to development at the master’s level, in fields such as economics, health, education, agriculture, environment, natural resource management, or other development and related subject.
Course Level: This scholarship is for pursuing Masters degree level.
Scholarship Provider: World Bank, with funding from the Government of Japan
Duration of award(s): The awards are given for one year and, provided that the academic program is longer than one year, may be renewed for a second consecutive year or a portion thereof, subject to satisfactory academic performance in the first year and the availability of funds. There is an absolute two year maximum limit on JJ/WBGSP awards.

SICRISA Fellowships for Researchers in South Asia
Applications are invited for a two year SICRISA (Support to Improve Climate Research and Information Services in South Asia) project which is funded by the UK Department for International Development. This project is available for the researchers from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, India, Nepal or Pakistan who are working on any aspect of climate change research. 20 fellowships are available and 15 participants will be selected for each of two writing workshops which will be held in April-May 2013 in Delhi and Dhaka. Interested applicants can apply either for a residential workshop or a fellowship but not for both.
How to Apply: Applicants should apply by downloading the Application Form for fellowships(Word doc) or Application Form for writing workshops (Word doc) and submit it by email to sicrisa@ids.ac.uk. Applications must be in Word or similar format and must not be converted to PDF.
Scholarship Application Deadline: The deadline for fellowship applications is 15th February 2013. Deadline for applications for the residential workshops is 31st January 2013.

University of Buckingham Ondaatje Postgraduate Scholarships, 2013
University of Buckingham offers ondaatje scholarship to oversees and Buckingham students for pursuing master’s degree level in UK and Canada. The University offers one-year scholarship for Buckingham graduates or for overseas graduates undertaking postgraduate studies at Buckingham, and for Buckingham students attending Massey College, University of Toronto. The period of study in Buckingham may begin in September 2013, January 2014 or April 2014.
Study Subject(s): Scholarships at University of Buckingham are provided for postgraduate courses in the areas of Accounting, Business and Economics,Communication, Computer science, Education, English Literature, English Studies, French and Spanish, History and Art History, Law, London Based, Life science and Psychology, Medicine and Dentistry, Politics, Economics International Studies and Security, Intelligence and Diplomacy.
Course Level: This scholarship is available for pursuing postgraduate degree level.

Eligibility: The scholarship is available to students starting a postgraduate degree at the University of Buckingham in September 2013, January 2014 or April 2014. To be eligible you must have received an offer to study with us.
