KU organizes social service camps for devotees
Srinagar, Feb 1: Kashmir University organized social service camps for devotees at Dargah Hazratbal shrine on the occasion of Friday following Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW).
Vice-Chancellor KU Prof Talat Ahmad visited various social service camps and
hailed endeavor of various units of the varsity for effective coordination in providing facilities to the devotees.
A KU spokesman in a statement said Department of Students Welfare, NSS wing, KU Proctorial Wing, Kashmir University Police Unit coordinated in an effective way to provide various facilities including free parking, first aid and refreshments to the devotees.
Among others Registrar KU Prof Zafar A Rishi, DSW Prof Nilofar Khan, Chief Proctor Prof M A Zargar personally monitored arrangements in these camps.
