Unidentified body found at Jehangir Chowk
Srinagar, Feb 5: Police on Tuesday recovered an unidentified body at Jehangir Chowk.
A police spokesman in a statement said it recovered unidentified male body of age about 60 years under the fly over at Jehangir Chowk, Srinagar.
“The deceased was lying under a blanket and seems to have died of cold. Shaheed Gunj police has initiated an inquest proceedings under section 174 CrPC have in this regard. Anybody having any information regarding the deceased may kindly intimate Police Station Shaheed Gunj on 9419000138 or to Police Control Room, Srinagar on 100,” the spokesman said.
