Bangus valley to host tourism festivals

Jammu, Dec 31: Minister for Tourism and Culture, Nawang Rigzin Jora has said that government would organize tourism festivals at Bangus Valley in Kupwara during coming summer to “familiarize its virginity.”
 He said that rigorous efforts are also being made to develop and upgrade tourist related facilities in the area.
 This was revealed by the Minister while chairing Lolab-Bangus-Drangyari Tourism Development Authority (LBDDA) meeting, convened to review the physical and financial status of the tourism related works being carried out by the LBDDA here today, an official statement said. The meeting discussed threadbare matters related to overall tourism promotion of the area.
