Discouraging talent

It’s really disheartening to find that a sportsperson is not allowed to appear in exam just because he is falling short of attendance. When other state governments are promoting their talent we are creating hurdles in the way of our budding sports stars. Worse are the comments of the Principal that the student (Mudasir Ahmad) was on Ranji trophy team for a couple of weeks but he has not attended college throughout the academic year”.  Someone who himself has been a sportsman knows that what does it take to excel in sports.
