Police top brass condole S S Ali’s demise
Srinagar, Dec 31: A condolence meeting was held at APC Zewan which was attended by DIG CKR Srinagar, DIG IRP Kashmir and all Commandants of Kashmir based Armed/IRP Units under the chairmanship of Rauf-Ul-Hassan IGP Armed/IRP Kashmir. Police officers condoled the demise of S S Ali retired DGP and expressed their sympathy with the bereaved family and prayed for eternal peace of departed soul, a police spokesman said.
He said a two minute silence was also observed in memory of the deceased. The participants recalled the significant contribution of the former DGP.
