This refers to the violation of ICAR directives by SKUAST-K for Assistant Professor Posts. The ICAR under its directives issued vide ICAR No: - 23 (46)/2010- EQR (Edn) dated: - 26-12-2011 has issued the eligibility criteria for the selection of candidates on various posts in Agricultural universities in India. The SKUAST-K authorities nullify the NET thereby discourage the intelligent and competent.
