CRY holds programme for differently abled persons

Baramulla, Jan 10: Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Ghulam Ahmad Khwaja on Thursday said that the civil society should come forward and work hand in hand with the government in order to eradicate the sufferings of differently abled persons.
“The civil society should also come forward to address the sufferings of differently abled person,” Khwaja said while addressing an event on the issue of disability which was organized by CRY fellow. “We need to have quarterly follow up of the meetings on social issues,” he added.
The CRY fellow Ambreen Bashir said the aim of the meeting was to share the grass root problems faced by the person with disability.
