Promotion list

This refers to the news titled” JK bank promotes 96 executive managers” (GK 08-01-13). JK Bank Chairman Mr.Mushtaq Ahmad says that the promotions were given on the basis of merit and performance of  the officers. But it doesn't seem to be so. What we observe that some honest and meritorious have not made it to the promotion list.
