Protests in Shaher-e-Khaas against power crisis

Srinagar, Jan 11 People in various areas of Shaher-e-Khaas staged protests on Friday against unscheduled powers cuts.
Protesters took to streets at Safakadal, Sakidafar, Dalal Mohallah, Zaina Kadal, Nawab Bazar, Saida Pora, Aali Kadal and other various areas and staged protest against the Power Development Departement.
The protestors shouted slogans against PDD and the Government."PDD is resorting to unscheduled power cuts even in the metered areas. We are facing immense inconvenience due to erratic power supply,"they said.
