Of employment

On completing four years of his government, Omar Abdullah has announced new steps for the unemployed youth of Jammu and Kashmir with better establishment of private sector. But the question arises about the capitalism of private sector in Kashmir. As with the simple observation any one could observe that in private sector rights of employes have no meaning for their employers because no action is being taken by labour commission department of Kashmir. Problem of capitalism is bigger than unemployment, because no labour laws are implemented here. We are aliens in our own territory. Employers treat their employes like servants. In some cases a graduate employed as clerk in some private firm has to work as a driver, a servant at employers home and what not just for the salary of 4 to 5 thousands rupees. Omar's government is trying to introduce new employment schemes and talks about private sector but who is going to end this capitalism and what government is doing about all this.
