DLP condemns imposition of curfew restrictions

Srinagar, Jan 1: Expressing serious concern over the continued curfew restrictions at Pulwama and its adjoining areas and perpetrating atrocities on people, the Democratic Liberation Party (DLP) chairman Hashim Qureshi on Tuesday termed these steps as highly condemnable.
“The ongoing struggle cannot be suppressed by harassing people, subjecting them to torture and awarding life sentences to youth serving detentions in jails,” said Hashim Qureshi in a statement.
