Gulmarg Ski Cup from today
Srinagar, Jan 19: The Gulmarg Ski Cup organised by Tourism Department in collaboration with Hoteliers Club Gulmarg will be held from January 20 to 22 at Gulmarg.
The event was earlier scheduled to be held from January 18 top 20 but due to inadequate snow in Gulmarg the event was rescheduled to be held from Sunday.
The Winter Sports Technical Committee in its meeting held at Hotel Pine Palace decided to hold the Cup Sunday for five different age categories for both boys and girls. Those who have submitted their entry forms have been advised to report at Tourism Ski Hire Shop Gulmarg on Sunday by 9.30 am.
The elimination rounds in all events will be held on the same day and those who qualify shall stay at Gulmarg for further rounds and others will have to return to their homes.
