Exploiting contractuals

Every year highly qualified persons are appointed by education department for teaching purpose at plus 2 level and in colleges on academic arrangement for the session. They work with dedication. They even teach 9th and 10th standard classes. It’s painful that these contractuals are paid meagre salary of Rs. 7,000 or Rs. 8,000 in colleges.
