M Phil degree holders appeal Minister
Pulwama, Jan 21: The M Phil degree holders, who have served for many years as contractual lecturers in Higher Education department, on Monday described the recent Government order to qualify entrance test for contractual engagements in future as unjustified.
“This order has rendered our degrees useless. Many degree holders are already placed in various degree colleges and this untimely decision of the government would serve as a deterrent for them,” dozens of M Phil degree holders from Pulwama told Greater Kashmir.
They appealed Higher Education Minister, Muhammad Akbar Lone to intervene.
