ICESTOCKSPORT INTRODUCED IN GULMARG
Srinagar,Jan 24: The Indian Icestocksport Federation introduced Icestocksport at Gulmarg by organising five day coaching at Ice Rink, Gulmarg.
The came was organised under the banner of International Federation of Icestocksport and the coaching was imparting to the players by President of International Icestocksports Federation, Manfred Schaefer, from Germany. The came was sponsored by J&K Tourism Department.
On the concluding function, Director Tourism Kashmir Talat Parveiz was the Chief Guest and Manfred Schaefer was guest of honour.
The next camp for the girls will be held at Ice rink Gulmarg from the second week of February followed by the State championship as well as first national championship for the icestock sport.
