Aircel customers get ‘balance transfer’ facility

Srinagar, Jan 27: Aircel, leading cellular company, has launched a unique and innovative service ‘balance transfer’ for its customers in Jammu and Kashmir. “With ‘balance transfer’ the Aircel customers will be able to transfer their balance to other Aircel customers which could be family, friends and acquaintances by dialling *122*666#.” “The customers will get the option to transfer talktime to another customer by dialling the series and following the instructions as appear in the menu,” the company in a statement said. Sundeep Talwar, Circle Operations Head, J&K, Aircel, said: “As part of Aircel’s philosophy, we believe in providing best connectivity to our customers with utmost convenience. There is heavy snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir, as a result, it becomes difficult for customers to move out at many places and avail mobile recharges and top ups. With the launch of ‘Balance Transfer’, we provide our customers with limitless connectivity and convenience as they can transfer balance anytime, anywhere, without the hassle of stepping out of their homes or offices”.
