Expedite land acquisition for Bagh-i- Dilawar Khan College: Sagar
Srinagar, Jan 2: Minister for Rural Development, Law, Justice, Parliamentary Affairs and Panchayati Raj, Ali Muhammad Sagar on Wednesday directed the district administration to expedite land acquisition for Degree College at Bagh-i- Dilawar Khan area of Shaher-e-Khas.
Sagar inspected the recently established college and reviewed the process of land acquisition for construction of new building campus for it. He was accompanied by Minister for Higher Education and Labour, Abdul Gani Malik.
The Ministers were apprised about the present status of the newly established college. On the occasion Sagar directed the district administration to speed up the process of land acquisition and follow up the transfer process to the college authorities.
Among others, Deputy Commissioner Srinagar, Baseer Ahmad Khan, Chief Engineer R&B, Principal, Amar Singh College, Principal ITI, Srinagar, Principal MP Higher Secondary School, Bagh-i-Dilawar Khan, Chief Education Officer, Srinagar, the Principal of College Bushra Shameem, beside other concerned officers and prominent citizens of the area were present on the occasion.
Sagar also visited the Industrial Training Institute Bagh-i-Dilawar Khan and MP School on the occasion.
