Punish guilty
This refers to a news item entitled “‘Fraud’ in NRHM selections in Budgam” (GK dated 02-01-2013). Your paper highlighted the same kind of a fraud regarding appointment of 900 candidates as Dawa Saaz in NRHM one year before (GK 05-01-2012) entitled “ISM repeats blunder” where in fraud certificates of Dawasaz Diploma were issued. Although according to your report at that time the government has cancelled the list vide order no. 121/HME/GR on 17th October 2008. This is irony of the authorities that such candidates have been continuing to hold the posts while as the candidates of Budgam are being investigated. Why those candidates are still working and why this kind of discrimination. As you had mentioned in your earlier news that those candidates belong to some higher political clout, is it because of that, the case has never been investigated. The matter is to be taken seriously and the appeal to the authorities to investigate both the matters should be made by your esteemed paper so that the culprits are brought to the book.
