Srinagar, Jan 3: Launching counter-attack on senior NC leader Mubarak Gul, Member Parliament, GN Rattanpuri today said the Chief Minister’s advisor is devoid of political maturity and his statement reflects the “Tumbakhnari culture”.
 In a statement issued here this evening, Rattanpuri said; “I have gone through the contents of the press note issued by Advisor to CM, Mubarak Gul enumerating the works taken up by the government in district Pulwama. Even if the figures given by him are taken as absolute, it does not address my concerns nor does it refute the facts put forth by me.”
 He said the CM’s Advisor should come out with the details of expenditure and investment in all sectors and schemes in all districts particularly Pulwama and the districts of Leh and Jammu region. “The comparative study may be too tough for a politician with Tumbakhnaari Nachaya culture to comprehend,” he said and added that CM’s Advisor should have tried to look for answers “before signing on the dotted line.”
