Tightening noose

This refers to news of tightening the noose around tuition centers in Srinagar and making tutors to arrange separate classes for boys and girls in future. It's a good move by the JK police. Futhermore there must be a 24 hour fly squad of police around the tuition centers  in the most prominent  areas like Parrypora to prevent any kind of anti social activity.
