Kasana subjected to custodial killing: Salah-ud-din
Muzaffarabad, July 18: The Chairman of United Jihad Council Syed Salah-ud-din on Thursday alleged that Hizb militant Shakeel Kasana was subjected to custodial killing.
“Those involved in this heinous act will have to stand accountable before the court of history”, Sallahudin, according to UJC statement said while addressing a condolence meeting held in connection to pay homage to the slain Hizb militant.
Paying tributes to Kasana, the UJC chief said that the slain commander was a pious and highly devoted freedom fighter. “His death is as a great loss. Kasana was arrested by Indian troops with the help of some turncoats in 2012 and today in the holy month of Ramadan he was ruthlessly killed in the fasting state, which is highly condemnable,” he said.
Salah-ud-din also flayed life imprisonment sentences to two Kashmiri youth Sheikh Imran and Sheikh Farhat. “India could not extinguish the Kashmiris’ passion for freedom by resorting to such pressure tactics,” he said.
