Man missing from Awantipora
Srinagar, July 20: A native of Awantipora area of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district is missing from past three days.
In a statement a police spokesman said 40-year old Maqsood Ahmad Makroo son of
Ali Muhammad Makroo of Jewbhara is missing from his native Awantipora Chowk since July 17. Police said according to Makroo’s brother, he left his home at around 10:00 am on Wednesday and reached his shop and at 11:00 am. Police said Makroo later closed the shop but didn’t return.
“An FIR has been lodged at police station Awantipora. If anybody has any information about the missing person, may contact these numbers 9596757072, 9469412487, 9419486703 on humanitarian grounds,” the statement said.
