Unidentified body found in Kargil
Srinagar July 21: An unidentified body was recovered at Matayen area in Kargil on Sunday.
In a statement a police spokesman said the unidentified of a male aged around 25 years was recovered by police from a river at Matayan, Kargil. The body is lying in Sub District Hospital Drass for identification, police said.
Majlise Hussaini held
Budgam, July 21: Majlise Hussaini was organized at Imam Bara Khandah here on Sunday on the occasion of 15th death anniversary of renowned Islamic scholar Allama Shiekh Mehdi Hussain.

Panchayat Ghar gutted in Sopore
Srinagar July 21: A Panchayat Ghar was gutted in a fire incident in Sopore area in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district last night.
In a statement a police spokesman said the Panchayat Ghar, at Tarzoo, Sopore was completely damaged. However, no loss of life or injury was reported in this incident. The cause of the fire is being ascertained, police said.
Curfew unjustified: DAK
Srinagar, July 21: Doctors Association Kashmir (DAK) on Sunday castigated government for imposing “unjustified curfew” in Kashmir saying it affected the medicare services. “Unjustified curfew badly affected the medicare services and added to the miseries of people,” said DAK President Dr Nisar-ul-Hassan after chairing a meeting of the Associations.
“Doctors on emergency duties are not allowed to go hospitals during curfew by security forces thus depriving people of emergent health services. The routine hospital work has been put on hold as not only doctors but paramedics, nurses, theatre Staff are not allowed to attend their duties.”
