'81% plan funds utilized in Kulgam'

Kulgam: An amount of Rs 46.13 crores have been incurred by the end of February under District Plan in Kulgam District which accounts for 80.88 % of the plan availability and the district is set to utilize the approved plan in full.
 This was disclosed at a review meeting of sectoral officers, convened here under the Chairmanship of District Development Commissioner Jahangir Mir.
