Burglars leave car on bricks,decamp with tyres

Srinagar, Mar 20: Burglars struck at the house of Reyaz Ahmad in Sector- A of Gul Bahar Colony Hyderpora during the night intervening March 18 and 19 and decamped with five tyres, including stepny, of his Maruti-800 along with the car stereo, the owner said.
 Interestingly the burglars left the car positioned on bricks.  The colony has been witness to similar incidents, which panicked the residents.
 A chain of burglaries in the neighboring Gulberg Colony, Ibrahim Colony, Mushtaq Colony in Hyderpora area, which are still to be cracked by police, has put a question mark on policing, say the victims.
 The residents have appealed senior police officials to look into the matter.
