Gas mess

This refers to the LPG gas home delivery of Hindustan Petroleum
limited. As the home delivery system has been introduced and contact
numbers of all the gas agencies have been published in  newspapers. I am a consumer of HP under consumer no. “725295” and I am
continuously trying to contact my concerned gas agency but unfortunately I am not receiving any
response from them. Now before some days I came to know about the online consumer portal
of the Hindustan Petroleum Ltd. Then I also registered myself with them.
After registration process I was shocked to see that someone has
already booked two gas cylinders, one in January and the other in March. And I was surprised to see that both cylinders have also
been delivered to the customer. Complete information like booking
confirmation number, date and time of booking and delivery is also
available on portal.
