Selected candidates

Amar Singh College has announced the list of candidates selected for the academic year 2013-2014 in various subjects on the basis of experience of little 7 years. Where will the fresh candidates go if the selection procedure remains like this. The fresh candidates will never get the chance to teach in any college as the experienced ones will gain more and more.Why did they change their selection procedure if at first they told the candidates that a written test followed by an interview will be held for the said posts. Then they just changed their mind and selected the already selected candidates. This is very unfair for the new candidates. Have the selectors checked their experience with the colleges in which they were teaching before. They should check the leisure of the concerned colleges. Otherwise they should go with there previous announcement of written test.
