World Arbor day observed in Islamabad
Islamabad, Mar 20: University of Kashmir south campus observed World Arbor day in collaboration with the Divisional Social Forestry Department here on Wednesday.
On the occasion, a plantation drive was undertaken along the Khanabal- Pahalgam Road. Hundreds of pine tree seedlings were planted on the road.
The programme was among others attended by Deputy Commissioner Islamabad, Dr. Farooq Ahmad Lone.
