Rangeela Poster Colours launched

SYED IMRAN ALI HAMDANI

Srinagar, May 17: Rangeela Poster Colours were launched today at Iqbal Khomani Hall, Alamgiri Bazaar, here.
According to representatives of Pidilite Industries Limited, Mumbai—makers of Rangeela Poster Colours and Fevicol brand of adhesives— the colours “are best for paper machie work.”
“As against current colours used by artisans here, these colours are of better quality as highlighted by the artisans from various export units.”
“The colours have been highly appreciated for better consistency, brushability, brightness and more coverage which makes it more cost effective,” they said.
“To top all this, these colours are at Rs 85 per pack of 100 ml as against other colours available at Rs 130 per 100 ml pack,” they added.
Parvez Ahmed from Akbar Art Gallery, an export house said: “We received these colours some days back and have found in them better brushability, brightness and more coverage with same quantity of colours.”
Muhammad Saleyan, State Awardee for Paper Machie work, was invited as Chief Guest at the programme to encourage the artisans.
