The Director General (DG) Trainings, Union Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Rajesh Agarwal on Wednesday visited Industrial Training Institute (ITI) AshajiporaAnantnag to take stock of its functioning.
Agarwal, who is also the Additional Secretary Union Ministryof Skill Development & Entrepreneurship, visited various sections of theITI and interacted with the students and faculty of the institute. He stressedfor introduction of job oriented courses and placement of the pass out studentsof the institute. The DG assured that all efforts will be done to make thisinstitute at par with rest of the ITIs of the country.
The DG was accompanied by DC Anantnag Khalid Jahangir,Director Technical Education J&K RS Sharma, Joint Director TechnicalEducation Kashmir, Assistant Director Technical Education J&K Javaid Ahmadand Principal ITI Anantnag.
