J&K Bank staff provides relief to kin of slain, injured guards in Shopian

With a view to support the families in distress, the other injured persons namely Arif Rasool Mir, Hilal Ahmad Ganie and Majid Altaf Bhat were also provided some relief amount on humanitarian basis.

Staff of the J&K Bank’s Zonal Office South (I&II) has contributed an amount of Rs 3.23 lakh towards the welfare of the families of deceased and injured guards of J&K Bank Cash Van that was attacked last month at Poju Keller in Shopian.

Banks’ Zonal Head for south Kashmir (Pulwama) Tasaduq Ahmad Dar distributed an amount of Rs 1 lakh each among the family members of the deceased namely Mushtaq Ahmad Shah and Tariq Ahmad Bhat in presence of Cluster Heads Muzaffar Ahmad Qadri, Mohammad Aslam Ganie, Mohammad Amin Wagay and other officials of the bank.
