J&K Bank hires Delloitte as overhauling consultant

On behalf of J&K Bank the agreement was signed by Surjeet Singh Sehgal, Executive President, while as Sanjoy Datta, Partner Delloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP signed on behalf of Delloittee in presence of the associated officials from both organization, a J&K Bank spokesperson said.

J&K Bank has hired Delloitte, the auditing and management consultancy firm, for providing consultancy services on business plan strategy and organisational transformation through business process re-engineering, IT intervention, and career and succession planning. 

On behalf of J&K Bank the agreement was signed by Surjeet Singh Sehgal, Executive President, while as Sanjoy Datta, Partner Delloitte Touche Tohmatsu India LLP signed on behalf of Delloittee in presence of the associated officials from both organization, a J&K Bank spokesperson said.

J&K Bank Chairman and CEO, Parvez Ahmed while deliberating upon the scope of engagement of the consultants informed that it was very imperative under the present changing and challenging times to realign and position our Business Strategy and Organizational outlook in line with emerging scenarios so as to stay afloat in the most competitive business environment ahead. 

Surjeet Singh Sehgal, Executive President of the bank, who is also consultancy project incharge of the Bank while speaking on the scope of engagement of the consultants appraised that the bank aspires to embark on a comprehensive transformation journey to cement its position as the undisputed leader in Jammu and Kashmir and be super specialist bank in rest of the country.
