The Committee was informed that for the financial year 2017-18, under RIDF, a total outlay of Rs 445.11 Crore has been sanctioned for projects in R&B, PHE, I&FC, Health, Animal & Sheep Husbandry and Agriculture sectors.

Chief Secretary, B B Vyas Monday chaired the 4th High Powered Committee (HPC) meeting-2017-18, to review the status of projects funded under Rural Infrastructure Development Fund (RIDF) of NABARD.

Principal Secretary, Health & Medical Education, Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Commissioner/Secretary Agriculture Production Department, Commissioner/ Secretary, PW(R&B), Secretary, PHE and I&FC, Chief General Manager, NABARD and other senior officers participated in the meeting, an official handout said.

The Committee was informed that for the financial year 2017-18, under RIDF, a total outlay of Rs 445.11 Crore has been sanctioned for projects in R&B, PHE, I&FC, Health, Animal & Sheep Husbandry and Agriculture sectors.

Chief Secretary asked the Administrative Secretaries to expedite expenditure in the ongoing projects and submit Utilization Certificates (UCs) and Project Completion Reports (PCRs) timely. He stressed upon the implementing agencies to take the works in a mission mode and expedite all projects to be completed during the year 2017-18.
