Srinagar, Oct 11: The state government Thursday said that instructions have been passed to concerned authorities to see whether Delhi Public School (DPS) Srinagar has made any deviation from the original approved construction plan for its buildings at Panthachowk.
In a written reply, Deputy Chief Minister, Tara Chand said: “The concerned authority has been asked to carry out a detailed evaluation of the construct work carried out by the DPS vis-à-vis any deviation from the approved plan.”
“However, the building permission is silent about swimming poll, teachers’ quarters and hostel,” the Minister said in reply to a query whether the permission for construction of these facilities has been given.
