Shutdown in Tral on second straight day

Reports said that youth hurled stones on shops and public vehicles today morning, triggering shutdown in the area.

Shutdown is being observed in Tral area of south Kashmir's Pulwama district on second consecutive day today.

Reports said that youth hurled stones on shops and public vehicles today morning, triggering shutdown in the area.

They said that life had returned to normal when suddenly a group of youth assembled near Bus Stand Tral and hurled stones on shops and public transport.

Following the incident, shopkeepers downed their shutters and traffic disappeared from the roads. 

Yesterday, 50 female students of GDC Tral fainted during clashes with forces. The students were protesting against the Kathua rape and murder case.
