Scores of Kashmir Tehreek-e-Khawateen (KTK) activists on Wednesday held a protest demonstration in Press Enclave against the recent civilian killings on both sides of LoC, urging both India and Pakistan to end hostilities, stop the bloodshed and pave way for peaceful dialogue process.

Led by KTK chairperson Zamrooda Habib, the activists assembled at Press Enclave holding placards that read, “No war but peaceful resolution to Kashmir dispute”, “Indo-Pak friendship”, “Together for peace”.

“We don’t want destruction but peaceful resolution of Kashmir dispute to put an end to bloodshed in Kashmir,” said Zamrooda Habib, Chairperson KTK. “We are being killed on both sides of LoC and this won’t end unless both India and Pakistan sit together and talk while considering the aspirations of Kashmiris.”
