In the name of reforms the common man is badly affected. The prices of essential commodities escalate every day. If one goes out to buy fruits, we have to pay different prices at all places and same is the case for all other food items. The quality is even worse and we have to buy what a shopkeeper has and not what we want. Since the government has failed to check the prices, it becomes all the more important that people form local committees and check the prices in their own localities. Also, if any shopkeeper sells goods of sub-standard quality or at high prices, they should be boycotted in the locality.
