In view of sharp rise in the cost of printing materials such as newsprint, ink, plates, chemicals and other costs, our printing expenses have risen sharply over the past few months. In order to compensate for the extra expenditure we are forced to effect a slight increase in our advertisement rates. These rates shall be applicable to all advertisements booked w.e.f. 1st August, 2002.
