The State Administrative Council headed by Governor Satya Pal Malik would hold its meeting in Jammu on Friday .

A source told Greater Kashmir that SAC would meet at 4 : 00 pm to decide on several proposals .  "The Juvenile Justice Act is likely to come up before SAC for approval, "the source said , adding that concerns raised by different quarters over adoption and age clauses in the draft bill  would also be discussed.
