Employees can avail special facilities under J&K Bank’s Privileged Customers’ Scheme: Govt

The registration form submitted by the government employees shall be authenticated by the concerned DDO for onward transmission to J&K Bank Ltd.

State finance department on Tuesday said that all J&K government employees can avail special facilities from J&K Bank under the Privileged Customers’ Scheme by registering themselves on a web portal.

According to a circular issued by commissioner secretary finance Navin K Choudhary to all the drawing and disbursing officers that state government has signed an MoU with J&K Bank, where under an OTP based portal within net baking and mobile banking of J&K Bank shall be setup; and all the J&K government employees will be given an option to register themselves to get the various facilities from the J&K Bank under ‘Privileged Customers' Scheme’.

The registration form submitted by the government employees shall be authenticated by the concerned DDO for onward transmission to J&K Bank Ltd.

Accordingly, all the DDOs of the government departments are directed to authenticate the permanent employees' registration form duly filled on web portal by the employees of their respective departments to get themselves registered as privileged customers in J&K Bank.

Further it is also impressed upon all the DDOs to co-ordinate with concerned J&K Bank Branch Managers for completing the exercise of updating record of all the Government employees, read the circular.
